You will be responsible for building the People Intelligence foundation, delivering predictive and explanatory models, architecting the multi-agent intelligence layer, and communicating insights to stakeholders. • Gestalten und Eigentum der Strategie und des Messrahmens für disziplinierte People Analytics innerhalb von Personio.
• Entwicklung und Iteration von prädiktiven Modellen in den Kernbereichen der Personalabteilung: Abwanderungsrisiko, Zeit bis zur Produktivität, Entlohnungsgleichheit.
• Zusammenarbeit bei der Gestaltung der People-Agent-Architektur von Personio, einem Multi-Agenten-System mit spezialisierten Unteragenten.
