Working Student – Customer Journey & Self-Service Automation Experience (m/f/d)

As a Working Student in the Customer Journey & Self-Service Automation team, you will gain hands-on experience in building automated customer journeys and analyzing customer behavior data. This role requires office attendance in Munich and offers a part-time position alongside your studies.

• Assist in building automated campaigns across email and in-app channels, based on specifications and designs from senior team members.
• Execute scaled, one-to-many programs that support product activation and adoption for smaller customers.
• Analyze customer behavior data to surface drop-offs, adoption patterns, and friction points, and write these up as clear observations.
