Enterprise Architecture Manager

Join Redion, a global leader in employee benefits and assistance services. As the Enterprise Architecture Manager, you will play a crucial role in transforming our Information System across 30+ countries. You will define the architecture that enables growth and stability, ensuring compliance with Group standards and regulations. You will also lead the legacy decommissioning strategy, embed AI into the architecture, and manage a team of architects. This is a full-time position based in Saint-Denis, with the option for remote work 50% of the time.

• Assurer la conformité de l'architecture du système d'information de Redion avec les normes et réglementations du groupe Generali.
• Définir et maintenir l'architecture cible du système d'information du groupe, en alignement avec le modèle opérationnel Publisher / Integrator.
• Intégrer l'intelligence artificielle comme un élément central de l'architecture cible, en co-construisant les modèles d'intégration de l'IA pour le système d'information.
