Internship - Group Product

Join Redion, a leading company in the travel insurance industry, as a Group Product intern. In this role, you will work directly with the Group Product Manager and support the standardization of products across 35 countries. Your responsibilities will include structuring workshops, supporting local teams, building ExCom level reporting, and contributing to crisis resolution. This is a full-time internship based in Saint-Denis, with the possibility of partial remote work.

• Structuring workshops with teams from 10+ countries to standardize selected topics and support local teams in implementing group standards.
• Building ExCom level reporting on the projects, including problem statements, synthesis, recommendations, and next steps.
• Contributing to establishing the team as a center of expertise on product matters and defining a group position on crisis resolution if needed.
