About The Role

Join Redion, a global Care platform, as a Senior International Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis activities, overseeing the controlling of 30+ EA Management Countries and IT spend for the entire EA Group. You will support and review FBP submissions, establish target letters and financial trajectories, coordinate country clearances, and provide ad-hoc support in financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in economics and business management, 5 to 10 years of experience, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Support and review of Financial Business Plan submissions, as well as Actuals closings and previews.
Establishment of Target Letters, Balanced Scorecards, and financial trajectory.
Coordination in Country Clearances and Technical Deep-Dives, and support in Quarterly Business Review preparation.
