About The Role

Join Headway, a mental healthcare startup, as a Senior Backend Software Engineer. You'll work on critical projects such as financial processing, claims management, internal tooling, therapist practice management, and patient search and matching. You'll evaluate new technologies, shape technical requirements and roadmaps, recruit and mentor engineers, and design software architecture. Ideal candidates are experienced engineers who can navigate ambiguity and learn new technologies.
