Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Join Headway as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, where you'll have end-to-end ownership of building reliable abstraction layers over a fragmented healthcare system and translating them into seamless, empathetic user experiences. You'll work on various projects, including the Modern AI-enabled Clinical System, Therapist Practice Management, Patient-First Experiences, and Frictionless Onboarding. You'll be using a tech stack that includes TypeScript, Python 3, React, Remix, Next.js, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Postgres, Redis, Snowflake, AWS, Temporal, Kafka, Datadog, Sentry, and PagerDuty.
