Staff Fullstack Software Engineer (Provider)

Join Headway as a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer, where you'll have end-to-end ownership of building reliable abstraction layers over a fragmented healthcare system and translating them into seamless, empathetic user experiences. You'll work on various projects, including therapist practice management, patient and provider engagement, modern AI-enabled clinical systems, frictionless onboarding, growing the network, technical foundations, and strategic leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, a quick study in complex domains, a focus on impact, and a passion for mentoring and setting technical standards.
