About The Role

Join our team as a Senior AI-Augmented Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will work across various web technology stacks, taking ownership of feature development from UI design to backend implementation, QA, and deployment. You will also drive the modernization of existing applications while maintaining stability and performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder with a strong eye for user experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable software.

Proven track record of technically leading engineering workstreams, taking ownership of the development lifecycle, and mentoring junior-to-mid level developers
Experience modernizing and extending existing legacy production applications while maintaining stability
Experience with modern frontend and backend technologies, including PHP, CodeIgniter, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Docker, and AWS
UI/UX design sensibility or formal design experience
Demonstrated experience with modern AI coding tools (especially agentic solutions like Claude Code) as a core part of the workflow
Product-First AI Mindset: Focus on business value, user experience, and applying use of development via models directly to solve practical end-user challenges
