About The Role

Join our fast-growing tech company as a Senior Manager of Finance. In this role, you will be the bridge between raw data and our company's DNA, translating financial data into a compelling narrative of success. You will own the intersection of strategy and execution, build financial models, navigate year-end audits, and manage investor reporting.   • 6+ years of relevant experience with a CPA/CA designation (required)
  • You can turn raw data into a clear, actionable story with minimal guidance
  • Creating complex financial models is second nature to you
  • Deep experience in FP&A, including sophisticated business cases and monthly statement analysis
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, can "run" with a concept quickly, and possess the advanced Excel and tech-savviness (Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite) to automate the mundane
  • You can build a business case that drives operational business decisions or shifts company direction and partner cross-functionally to make it happen
  • You don't just follow processes; you love building and improving them, implementing the tools and systems needed to win
  • A "never-settle" attitude you are always striving to learn a new tool or master a new financial concept
  • You believe financial analysis is the heartbeat of strategy and a key part of making strategic business decisions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; you can explain the "why" behind the numbers to anyone in the building
