SRE / Backend Engineer

• Own production reliability, taking accountability for the stability, robustness, and performance of the platform.
• Own and scale the on-call culture, strengthening runbooks, sharpening escalation paths, and building incident response processes.
• Drive the SRE roadmap, working with the Platform squad and Engineering leadership to define and prioritize reliability investments.
