Director of Sales (Key Accounts)

Join Duetto, a leading hospitality technology company, as the Director of Sales (Key Accounts). In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding strategically important regional hotel brands, management companies, and ownership groups across North America. You will build executive relationships, develop long-term account strategies, and lead complex, multi-stakeholder buying journeys. This is not a traditional territory sales role, and success will be measured by more than just bookings. You will work closely with various teams within Duetto and represent the company in the hospitality industry.

• Acquiring and expanding strategically important regional hotel brands, management companies, and ownership groups across North America.
• Building executive relationships, developing long-term account strategies, and leading complex, multi-stakeholder buying journeys.
• Driving strategic account growth, owning a defined portfolio of named regional hotel brands, and developing multi-year account strategies focused on long-term commercial growth.
• Demonstrated success selling complex software into executive buyers
• Proven ability to independently source and close large, complex new logo opportunities
• 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
• Experience leading enterprise style sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Highly disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
• Experience with Salesforce and modern sales technology
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills
• Strong existing relationships across hospitality brands, ownership groups or management companies
• Hospitality technology experience
• Revenue Management, Commercial Strategy or Hotel Operations knowledge
• Experience selling platform solutions rather than point products
• Familiarity with AI enabled sales execution and account planning
• Existing network across North American hotel brands and ownership groups
