Senior Project Manager (Technical Services)

Join Duetto, a leading hospitality technology company, as a Senior Project Manager in our Technical Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex, enterprise-level projects related to customer integrations and migrations. You will work closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity and smooth transitions. Your responsibilities will include leading CRS integrations, overseeing PMS migrations, managing company migrations, and addressing any technical challenges that arise during the process. You will also prepare and deliver status reports, document implementation workflows, and share best practices with the team. • Lead and manage complex, enterprise-level projects, ensuring seamless connectivity and smooth transitions for customers.
• Oversee the technical onboarding process, guiding new customers through the setup and integration of systems.
• Identify and address any technical challenges during the migration and integration processes, ensuring that all data is transferred accurately.
• Enthusiastic and creative leadership, with the ability to inspire others
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment
• 5+ years managing customer-facing technical implementations
• Experience with large, enterprise-level project management engagements
• Hospitality or Hotel Technology experience
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) and/or Central Reservation Systems (CRS) integrations
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, and other project management tools
