Director of Product Management (Forward Deployed & Strategy)

Join Scale, a leading AI company, as the Director of Product Management. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the successful delivery and integration of Scale products into complex customer environments. You will partner closely with Sales/GTM and EPD, identify patterns across deployments, and provide strategic and technical oversight to unblock high-priority deployments. Additionally, you will champion the voice of the field within internal EPD teams.

• Lead a high-stakes team of Product Managers responsible for successful delivery and integration of Scale products into complex customer environments.
• Hire, mentor, and deploy PMs across strategic accounts, identifying patterns across deployments and deciding which bespoke solutions should move from custom to core product.
• Serve as the primary product partner to Sales/GTM leadership, aligning the roadmap with market demand and providing strategic and technical oversight to unblock high-priority deployments.
• Experience in forward-deployed models or top-tier technical consulting / implementation
• Extreme ownership + systems thinking; navigates complex stakeholder landscapes from engineers to C-suite
• High technical IQ: comfort with APIs, data pipelines, SQL; understands how data quality affects model performance
• 10+ years of product leadership, including 4+ years managing Product Management teams
