Field Marketing & Events Lead (Public Sector)

Join Scale, a rapidly growing AI company, as the Field Marketing & Events Lead for the public sector. In this role, you will support the U.S. Federal Government team in their event and field marketing initiatives, manage contractor relationships, track event campaign performance, and own all aspects of Scale's annual hosted federal conferences. You will have the opportunity to drive lead generation and pipeline growth, plan event programming with the largest names in AI, and interface with external executives.

• Plan and execute all aspects of federal executive dinners, meetups, happy hours, and sponsored trade shows, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
• Manage contractor relationships, event production firms, and outside vendors, while overseeing event budgets and logistics.
• Track event campaign performance, measuring ROI, results, and metrics through Salesforce, and align with growth marketing on marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage and multi-task on multiple projects and events while liaising across internal teams with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you will be interfacing with the world’s leading executives and their teams
• Impeccable attention to detail and proactive approach to troubleshooting
• Minimum 8+ years experience in event marketing or event management with Federal marketing
• Experience managing large scale events, end to end
• Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, and Outreach
• Collaborative and positive attitude, with ability to work across teams including with executive leadership and external executives
• Community experience a plus
