Technical Program Manager (Gen AI Operations Planning)

to join our Operations Planning Team. In this role, you will be responsible for program-level planning and systems workstreams, translating demand into reliable production plans, validating staffing, and ensuring accurate opportunity ingestion. You will work closely with various teams, including Engagement Management, GenAI Delivery, GTM, and Growth Ops, to drive consistent process execution and improve operational efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to build deep account knowledge and make a significant impact on our planning and forecasting processes.
