Technical Writer

Join the Physical AI team as a Technical Writer, where you'll create and maintain training content that keeps our global operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with engineers, operators, and regional leads to turn complex technical knowledge into clear, structured documentation. This high-impact role requires a rigorous focus on quality, a quick ability to ramp up on new technical domains, and a passion for contributing to a content infrastructure that spans teams and regions.

• Créer et maintenir des supports de formation complets, y compris des guides, des tutoriels, des procédures opérationnelles standard, des documents de dépannage et du contenu de certification.
• Devenir une ressource de référence pour les systèmes de robotique et de collecte, en développant une fluence suffisante pour traduire la complexité technique en documentation.
• Identifier les lacunes en matière de connaissances au sein des équipes et y remédier de manière proactive par le biais de nouveaux contenus ou de contenus mis à jour.
• Experience with content management systems and documentation tooling
• Proven ability to learn complex technical systems quickly and translate them into clear documentation for non-technical audiences
• 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, ideally in a technology, robotics, hardware, or operations-heavy environment
• Familiarity with internationalization (i18n) considerations in content creation — you understand what it means to write for translation and adaptation across regions
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re energized by building and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple content workstreams simultaneously
• Experience working within documentation systems, style guides, or content standards — and a strong instinct for consistency and quality
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; you’re comfortable working with engineers, ops leads, and subject matter experts to extract and validate information
• Experience in robotics, physical AI, or hardware operations environments
• Spanish language proficiency
• Exposure to certification or credentialing program design
