Accounts Payable Accountant

Join Grow Therapy, a high-growth telehealth company, as an Accounts Payable Accountant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate invoice processing, GL coding, and timely month-end close activities. You will work closely with the Senior Accountant, Head of Accounting, and cross-functional teams to support the financial operations of the company. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and cross-functional AP inquiries, manage corporate card and expense reconciliations, and identify process improvements.

• Own end-to-end accounts payable processing in NetSuite and Ramp, ensuring accuracy and GAAP compliance.
• Manage month-end close for AP-related accounts, delivering fully reconciled balances with clean supporting documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and cross-functional AP inquiries, managing payment questions and resolving disputes.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, able to manage high invoice volume and competing deadlines independently, and comfortable using AI and automation to streamline repetitive AP work
• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or tech-enabled company
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (required) and Ramp (required); Brex familiarity is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholder inquiries
• Solid working knowledge of GAAP, GL coding, and month-end close, including prepaids, accruals, and credit card reconciliations
