  • Lead the creative direction for paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and performance goals.
  • Manage and develop a team of designers and editors, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to enhance their skills and output.
  • Collaborate with growth and data teams to track performance signals, interpret data, and translate insights into creative direction and iteration.

  • Strong hands-on production and design fundamentals — editing, motion/animation, typography, and composition — with the technical skill to demonstrate technique and give precise, craft-level feedback, not just directional notes

  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates mastery of short-form video, static ads, editing, and native social storytelling. We're looking for someone who can point to work they built themselves, not only work they directed or approved
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with growth, analytics, brand, and product teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • If you’re excited about this role but don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply
