Frontend Engineer (Platform)

As a Frontend Engineer on our dedicated Frontend Platform team, you will own the design system and horizontal web foundation, improving performance, accessibility, and consistency across all web surfaces. • Concevoir et faire évoluer le système de design, l'architecture, les tokens, le thème, la gouvernance et les modèles sur lesquels les équipes produit s'appuient.
• Construire la fondation web horizontale : composants partagés, frameworks et architecture sur lesquels les équipes produit construisent des fonctionnalités.
• Améliorer les performances, l'accessibilité et la cohérence sur toutes les surfaces web, en faisant de la qualité le défaut plutôt que quelque chose que chaque équipe doit résoudre à nouveau.
• Think in systems — seeing patterns, simplifying complexity, and designing for reuse across teams
• Are comfortable with AI-assisted development (AI tools are part of our daily workflow and our interview loop)
• Have experience building or scaling design systems, component libraries, or shared frontend infrastructure — with an instinct for horizontal impact over one-team feature work
• Communicate clearly and influence engineering and UI standards across teams
• Have 5+ years of frontend or full-stack engineering experience, with a track record of work that other engineering teams depended on
• Bring enough product sensibility to build a platform people actually want to use — you understand the product surface your work powers
• Are fluent in modern frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, CSS systems)
• Have a strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and web performance as shared, systemic concerns
• Bring a founder's mindset: ownership, speed, pragmatism, and bias toward action
• You have monorepo or frontend build tooling experience (Turborepo, Nx, Vite)
