Provider Growth Associate

Join Grow Therapy as a Provider Growth Associate, where you'll be the main point of contact for prospective mental health providers. You'll provide strategic business guidance, manage a high-volume pipeline, and cultivate meaningful relationships with providers. This role offers a remote work setup, unlimited PTO, and various stipends for personal and professional growth.

• Serve as the main point of contact for prospective providers, offering strategic business guidance to support them in opening and growing their private practices.
• Manage a high-volume pipeline of prospective providers, completing 5-6+ meetings per day, while customizing your approach based on license type, stage in practice, and location.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, including meetings complete, activation, conversion targets, and personal growth goals.
• You're deeply passionate about mental health and excited to help providers build their own practice and expand access to care
• You adapt well to change and enjoy learning new systems, processes, and tools — this role will evolve as our operating model matures
• You're comfortable working in an AI-enabled environment — you'll have real-time dashboards, call scoring/coaching feedback, and automated nurture workflows supporting you, and you're excited to lean on those tools to better enable your work
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and thrive when managing a full daily meeting schedule and a robust sales pipeline
• You have a proven ability to manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing quality or conversion rate as volume grows
• Bonus: You have prior experience in a customer-facing or sales role, particularly in healthcare or SaaS
