Recruiting Coordinator

Join Grow Therapy as a Recruiting Coordinator on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be a key partner in creating a seamless and inclusive hiring experience. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews, maintaining the applicant tracking system, and supporting various talent operations initiatives. • Serve as the primary scheduling coordinator for candidate interviews, ensuring logistics run smoothly across hiring teams, time zones, and interview formats.
• Own communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle - providing timely updates, answering questions, and sharing resources that reflect our values and brand.
• Maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information across candidate and job records.
• You bring excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy interacting with people in a friendly and professional manner
• You have 1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator or talent operations role, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth technology environment
• You’re experienced with scheduling interviews and managing workflows within an ATS [Ashby experience is a plus]
• You’re proactive, collaborative, and energized by finding ways to make processes more effective
• You’ve worked with candidate records and pipelines, and understand the importance of clean, accurate data
• You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive when juggling multiple tasks and timelines
