Senior Backend Software Engineer

• Design, implement, and ship server-side features and services that directly impact client and provider interactions.
• Own backend services and APIs end to end, driving architectural decisions and leading improvements to core platform systems.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable production code, and set a high bar through code reviews and technical mentorship.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of influencing cross-functional partners including Product, Design, and Data Science
• Experience using AI-assisted dev tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Deep backend engineering expertise, including service design, data modeling, and API development at scale
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful ownership of production backend systems
• Experience building and operating systems where reliability, data quality, and performance are critical
• A product-minded approach — you understand how technical decisions impact user experience and business outcomes
