Senior/Staff Product Designer

Join our growing Design team as a Senior/Staff Product Designer, where you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of mental health technology. You'll drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, design and prototype end-to-end user experiences, and lead cross-functional collaboration. • Mentorship capabilities with experience guiding and developing junior design talent
• Cross-functional collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively with Engineering, PM, and other disciplines
• Process leadership experience in establishing workflows, design systems, and team practices
• Conversational AI experience is a plus, given our focus on innovative mental health solutions
• Exceptional craft with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to pixel-perfect execution
• Prototyping expertise across multiple tools and mediums, with the ability to bring ideas to life quickly and effectively
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions
• Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.)
• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and exceptional execution
• Senior-level experience with proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives
• Experience working on consumer-facing products with significant user impact
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
