Fleet Support & Field Activation Associate

Join our New York team as a Fleet Support & Campaign Activation Associate. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for drivers, manage fleet communications, coordinate campaign and event logistics, and support operations across multiple Eastern Market cities. You should be highly organized, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or field coordination is preferred.

• Coordinar sesiones de fotos de POP, asegurando que se cumplan la logística, la programación y los estándares de calidad.
• Coordinar y comunicar con los conductores que participan en eventos de Swarm y POP en otros mercados del Este, para garantizar operaciones suaves y consistentes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment with regular real-time problem-solving demands
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask across concurrent responsibilities
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, messaging platforms)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-volume, in-person driver interactions professionally and efficiently
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, logistics, field coordination, or a related support role
• Prior experience supporting experiential marketing activations, photo shoots, or on-the-ground event coordination is a plus
• Familiarity with the taxi or fleet/transportation industry operations is a plus
• Experience coordinating across multiple markets or remote locations preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally to Eastern Market cities (Boston, DC, Philadelphia) as needed
