Apprentice/Graduate Payroll Specialist

As an Apprentice/Graduate Payroll Specialist, you will participate in the SAMpeople Payroll Academy, a structured training program designed to turn ambitious school leavers or university graduates into fully self-sufficient corporate payroll professionals. You will engage in intensive onboarding, execute high-volume administrative tasks, assume ownership of a small set of portfolios, and collaborate with your team in a vibrant office environment.

• Participate in the SAMpeople Payroll Academy, mastering internal software, compliance frameworks, and administrative workflows.
• Execute high-volume, baseline administrative inputs, including entering employee variables, processing timesheets, and updating internal documentation.
• Assume progressive, monitored autonomy over a small, predictable set of portfolios as training advances, ensuring all end-to-end processing is fully prepared on time.
