As a Technical Business Analyst (Payroll), you will bridge the gap between payroll stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring our payroll tools are scalable, secure, and accurate. This is a remote position with a salary of up to £55,000 and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

• Collaborate with the Head of Payroll to define clear problem statements and hypotheses based on stakeholder feedback and regulatory research.
• Decompose high-level strategic initiatives into detailed user stories, comprehensive functional specifications, and rigorous acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate iterative development cycles alongside the Head of Payroll, actively driving agile ceremonies to optimize team delivery velocity.
