Creator Marketing Associate

Join our team as a Creator Marketing Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new content creators, matching them with campaign objectives, and building strong relationships with influencers. You will also stay up-to-date on influencer marketing trends and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of influencer collaborations. • Sourcing and onboarding new content creators across various social platforms to expand the talent pool.
• Identifying and recommending registered creators who align with campaign goals, audience demographics, and brand guidelines.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Strong understanding of influencer landscapes across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Based in the Los Angeles area (this role is in-person 4 days a week at our Beverly Hills HQ)
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field
