Marketing & Demand Generation Manager
Social Native · Los Angeles, United States
About The Role
Join SocialNative, a leading creator marketing platform, as a Marketing & Demand Generation Manager. In this role, you will own lead generation end-to-end, design and run multi-channel campaigns, and build and manage a lead nurture system. You will also partner with the CEO to define and evolve the brand voice, own the content calendar, drive earned media, and build SocialNative's presence at industry events. Additionally, you will own go-to-market for new product releases, build and maintain the sales collateral library, and translate technical product capabilities into language that resonates with brand and agency buyers. This is an in-office role at our Los Angeles headquarters.
- Own lead generation end-to-end, from strategy to execution to reporting, across brands, CMOs, and agency partners.
- Partner with the CEO to define and evolve the SocialNative brand voice, positioning, and narrative, and own the content calendar and execution.
- Build and maintain the sales collateral library, translate technical product capabilities into language that resonates with brand and agency buyers.
- 3–6 years in a B2B marketing role with demonstrable demand gen results — you can point to pipeline numbers you personally drove — A genuine generalist who can write a compelling LinkedIn post, brief a paid campaign, and build a sales deck — without treating any of them as someone else's job — Commercially wired: you think in pipeline, not impressions
- NICE TO HAVE — Experience marketing an AI or data product to non-technical buyers — Existing relationships in the brand, agency, or creator marketing ecosystem — Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation tools — Experience supporting a company through a product pivot or rebrand
- You know which metrics matter and report on them honestly — Strong writer — you understand that great marketing starts with a clear point of view, not a content calendar — Fluent in the creator economy — you understand the landscape, the platforms, and why performance beats follower count — Comfortable collaborating on brand and positioning with a founder who has strong opinions — and confident enough to push back when you disagree — Entrepreneurial by default: no marketing team to lean on, no agency to hand things off to — you build it yourself — Operates with urgency — the pivot story needs to be in market now, not next quarter
