Build alignment with senior leaders to establish a clear set of program objectives and design program execution strategies.
Navigate the project team through project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time.
Track record of launching successful products
Preferred Masters of Engineering
3 years+ in a program management role
Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed
Strong communication skills across various engineering disciplines
Bachelors of Engineering
