Product Engineer (Full-Stack)

Join Onetrace, a fast-growing startup in the construction industry, as a Product Engineer (Full-Stack). In this role, you will be responsible for delivering features that solve real customer problems, building intuitive interfaces, and designing complex data flows. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and customers to shape solutions and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development process. The position is full-time, permanent, and based in Canary Wharf, London (hybrid).

• End-to-end delivery of features that solve real customer problems, from understanding user pain points through to shipped functionality across UI, application logic and database layers.
• Building intuitive, performant interfaces that customers actually want to use—balancing user needs, accessibility, and technical constraints while ensuring features work reliably across devices and contexts.
• Designing and implementing complex data flows, API integrations, and background processing systems that handle high-volume operations reliably while maintaining system performance and data integrity.
