Senior Product Engineer (Full-Stack)

Join Onetrace, a growing platform in the construction industry, as a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer. In this role, you will take ownership of features from concept to deployment, build scalable backend services and intuitive frontend experiences, and help shape technical decisions. You will work closely with product, design, and customers to translate business requirements into technical architecture and mentor other engineers. The position is full-time, permanent, and based in Canary Wharf, London with a hybrid work model.

• End-to-end delivery of features that solve real customer problems, from understanding user pain points through to shipped functionality across UI, application logic and database layers.
• Building intuitive, performant interfaces that customers actually want to use—balancing user needs, accessibility, and technical constraints while ensuring features work reliably across devices and contexts.
• Designing and implementing complex data flows, API integrations, and background processing systems that handle high-volume operations reliably while maintaining system performance and data integrity.
