Senior Business Operations & Strategy Analyst

Join MongoDB as a Senior Business Operations & Strategy Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across finance, product, and analytics, and have regular exposure to the C-suite. You will own high-priority strategic and operational initiatives, develop executive-facing business cases, manage relationships with hyperscalers, and partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in business strategy and operations, strong executive communication skills, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• 2-5 years of experience in business strategy and operations, preferably at least 2 years as a management consultant or at a data-driven product/technology company
• Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into concise, compelling narratives
• Experience with using SQL to retrieve and manipulate data is a plus
• BA/BS in a quantitative or business-related field
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous business questions into clear analyses and actionable recommendations
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (or Google Suite equivalent)
