Senior Enterprise Account Executive (Growth)

Join MongoDB as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, where you will drive growth and success by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, develop and execute a strategic territory plan, and collaborate with the sales ecosystem. A proven track record of overachievement in sales, fluency in English, and 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience are required.

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within an existing customer base, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of MongoDB solutions.
• Managing the full sales cycle for all MongoDB Products & Services, developing and executing a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
• Collaborating with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships, building a sales pipeline in Salesforce and Clari while maximizing prospecting tools.
• Co-selling with cloud service providers (AWS, GCP and Azure) and large GSIs (Accenture, KPMG, etc) is a plus
• Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
• A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
• Fluent in English
• 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience with a focus on closing new workloads and expanding accounts. Demonstrated ability to successfully expand existing accounts and sell horizontally across the organization into different business units
• Must live in territory (flexible work model)
• Familiarity with databases, develops and open source technology a plus
• Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
