About The Role

Join MongoDB as a Senior Workplace Coordinator in Austin. In this role, you will lead event planning and execution, manage day-to-day office operations, and create a welcoming and energizing workplace experience for employees and visitors.   • Lead the planning and execution of workplace-supported events, activations, and office experiences, ensuring alignment with employee experience goals.
  • Manage event logistics from concept through execution, including vendor coordination, catering, timelines, communications, room setup, onsite support, and follow-up.
  • Respond to, track, and resolve employee requests through internal workplace support channels and systems with urgency, follow-through, and accountability.

  • Experience working with vendors, budgets, and administrative processes
  • Ability to work onsite in the Austin office on a consistent basis
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • 3+ years of experience in workplace, office coordination, hospitality, events, employee experience, or a related field
  • Strong event planning and execution experience, ideally in an office, hospitality, or employee-facing environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders
