Private Equity - Analyst internship - MidMarket M/F

Join Seven2, a leading private equity firm, as an Analyst intern. You will be involved in various stages of the investment cycle, including deal sourcing, execution, and ad-hoc projects in portfolio companies. This internship offers exposure to multiple sectors and geographies. Candidates should be master's students from top-tier European business or engineering schools, with strong financial, analytical, and presentation skills, fluency in English and professional French, and a strong motivation for private equity. A prior internship experience in a top-tier investment bank, strategy consulting firm, or PE firm is required.

• Participer activement à l'identification et à la qualification des cibles d'investissement, ainsi qu'à la recherche de marché.
• Contribuer à l'analyse financière, à la modélisation, à la due diligence stratégique et à la rédaction des documents d'investissement.
• Participer à des projets ad hoc au sein des entreprises du portefeuille, en apportant des analyses et des recommandations.
