Director of Demand Generation

Join our team as the Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations. In this high-impact role, you will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize our marketing technology stack, and drive qualified inbound pipeline aligned to revenue targets. You will work closely with Revenue Operations and Sales, and report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer. This is a foundational, high-ownership role for someone with extensive experience in demand generation and marketing operations.

• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified inbound pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
• Build and maintain lead routing rules, lead scoring, nurture workflows, sequences, and attribution reporting in HubSpot.
• Own and optimize the marketing technology stack; evaluate tools and vendors; manage external lead generation agency and contractor relationships.
• This is a foundational, high-ownership role for someone who has built demand gen functions before, is comfortable being hands-on in the tools, and knows how to create structure, move fast, and tie every program back to pipeline
• ABM experience: designing and running targeted account-based programs in coordination with Sales
• Strong email marketing fundamentals including deliverability, segmentation, cadence design, and A/B testing
• Analytical mindset: comfortable building attribution models, interpreting funnel data, and presenting pipeline performance to leadership
• Demonstrated track record of building pipeline-focused programs that drove measurable revenue outcomes, not just lead volume
• HubSpot expertise across marketing automation, workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and attribution reporting
• 7-10+ Years of Experience. Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Growth, and Performance Marketing roles
• Proven ability to build from scratch in an environment with limited playbooks; you create structure rather than inherit it
