Vice President of Marketing

Join Swayable, a leading platform for measuring message, creative, and campaign impact. As the Vice President of Marketing, you will own and scale the full marketing function, driving demand generation, events, thought leadership, content, brand, PR, sales enablement, and marketing operations. You will report to the CEO and be a key member of the leadership team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a full-stack B2B SaaS marketer with a proven track record of driving meaningful growth.

• Lead and scale the full marketing function, including demand generation, events, thought leadership, content, brand, PR, sales enablement, and marketing operations.
• Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion among senior marketing, brand, insights, research, and strategy leaders at enterprise companies.
• Build a repeatable demand engine that turns market awareness into qualified pipeline, revenue, and measurable ROI, while managing the existing marketing team and external partners.
• This is a hands-on leadership role for a full-stack B2B SaaS marketer who has helped a company scale meaningfully and knows how to turn marketing into real business impact
• You are a strong storyteller who can simplify a sophisticated product and category
• You have depth across demand gen, brand, events, content, PR, and sales enablement
• You are analytical, ROI-oriented, and comfortable using data to guide decisions
• You bring strong judgment, executive presence, and clear communication
• You’ve marketed to marketers, brand leaders, insights teams, research teams, or similar buyers
• You are scrappy, creative, commercial, and comfortable in a broad mandate
• You’ve led marketing at a B2B SaaS company through a meaningful growth period (5-10X growth)
• Experience in martech, adtech, consumer insights, market research, media measurement, or related categories is strongly preferred
