You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, and continuously optimize hiring practices. This is a hands-on role with great strategic impact, and you will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values curiosity, trust, and care for each other.

Own full-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles, from role definition and sourcing through interviewing, coordinating and offer negotiation.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs, shape role requirements, and design effective hiring strategies.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and application review.
