About The Role

Join nexfibre as a Business Intelligence Manager, where you will lead the design, governance, and delivery of our business intelligence and analytics framework. You will oversee reporting, data management, and KPI governance for customer and service performance, and develop analytical capabilities across all business functions. This role requires strong experience in managing service performance KPIs, insight and reporting tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

  • Lead the development and execution of nexfibre’s BI strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and governance principles.
  • Oversee the reporting, data management, and KPI governance for customer and service performance under the Master Services Agreement (MSA) with Virgin Media O2.
  • Establish BI standards and data models to ensure consistent, accurate reporting, and promote a data-driven culture through training and support in self-service analytics.
  • Experience in managing service performance KPIs and related processes
  • Proven experience in insight and reporting leveraging tools such as Power BI, Qlik and Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong relationship building, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strong team player with a flexible approach, ability to perform under stress and adapt where necessary within a rapidly changing industry
  • Ability to present complex information in a way that is straightforward to understand and capable of influencing key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with internal and external audiences at the most senior levels (Director, C-suite & Shareholders…)
  • Flexible and tenacious approach to work
  • Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
  • Imaginative and innovative thinking relating to problem solving and new opportunities
  • Key knowledge of excel and other data analysis tools for forecasting processes
  • Process definition and implementation experience
  • Proven experience in Mobile, Telecoms, Cable or similar industry
  • Proficient in standard office applications with reporting/analytical experience
  • Experience and appreciation of working in a customer focused environment
