(Senior) Finance Operations Manager

Join our fast-growing fintech company as a Finance Operations Manager. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for key financial operations, including preparatory accounting, spend management, and client invoicing. You will have direct exposure to the full finance function and report directly to the Head of Finance. This is an opportunity to strengthen and optimize our financial operations as we scale across markets.

• Fluency in German and English (C1+ level)

• Hands-on experience with accounting, billing, and spend management tools (e.g. DATEV, Stripe, Moss, Spendesk) or similar systems
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
• High level of ownership, reliability, and flexibility
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort handling new responsibilities
• SaaS and/or fund industry experience is a plus
• At least 2–4 years of experience in an in-house finance role, reputable consultancy, or completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte/r) or accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter/in). This role has flexibility in its seniority — for more senior candidates beyond 5-6 years experience, we can offer a “Senior Manager” role
