Head of Fund Operations

Join our team as the Head of Fund Operations, where you will lead our Capital Management domain and drive operational excellence across multiple European markets. You will work closely with Product and Engineering to continuously improve fund operations and deliver a seamless customer experience. • Lead and manage the Capital Management domain, overseeing the delivery of capital calls, distributions, treasury operations, and ongoing fund operations across multiple European markets.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to continuously redesign and improve fund operations, focusing on automation, process design, and scalable operating models.
• Drive operational excellence by setting clear priorities, allocating capacity, and ensuring the organization scales alongside company growth, while also coaching and developing operational talent.

• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve operational tooling or strong interest in building technology-enabled services
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience leading managers and building high-performing organisations across multiple teams
• Significant leadership experience within fund administration, private equity, venture capital or another complex financial operations environment
• The credibility to coach experienced operators through complex fund structures, LP agreements and operational challenges
