Senior Fund Accounting & Reporting Manager

Join our team as a Senior Fund Accounting & Reporting Manager, where you will be responsible for fund accounting and investor reporting for selected VC/PE funds. You will ensure transparency and trust among fund managers, LPs, and investment teams, and actively drive the automation and digitization of our processes. You will prepare accurate investor reports, manage annual financial statements, conduct reviews of accounting data, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. You will also support portfolio valuations, communicate proactively with GPs, LPs, and internal teams, and work closely with the tax team on tax-related matters. • Verantwortung für die Fondsbuchhaltung und die Berichterstattung an Investoren für ausgewählte VC/PE-Fonds, einschließlich der Vorbereitung genauer Investorenberichte.

• High IT affinity, experienced in fund-reporting software, advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; interest in using project management software is a plus
• Practical experience with Invest Europe Guidelines and strong command of reporting processes
• Proficiency in English; German a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS, experience with further standards (e.g., Luxembourg, US) and audit experience are advantageous
• 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting/administration (alternative investments). Experience in integrated setups involving operations, accounting/reporting and tax is a plus
• Degree in accounting, finance or controlling (or equivalent)
