As a Legal Counsel, you will support various business functions, draft and negotiate contracts, ensure compliance with regulations, and advise on corporate legal matters. Support commercial, corporate, and employment-related legal matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
Provide legal support to various business units, advising on corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Collaborate with management on legal strategies and business solutions, and develop and scale legal processes to support global expansion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical, risk-based legal advice
3-5 years of experience as a commercial lawyer in a high-tech company (law firm experience from a top-tier high-tech practice is a plus)
Willingness to work flexible hours to support a global business
Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in SaaS/technology transactions
Passion for technology and legal innovation
