2+ years of experience writing backend code in Rust
Proficient with AI tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of experience developing and operating distributed systems in production
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers
Strong Product oriented mind-set
5+ years of software development experience
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
