Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales)

As a Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping customers understand the value of our platform and proving it in real-world environments. You will partner with Account Executives, lead technical discovery, design solutions, and support customers in validating Coralogix in their own environments. This is a senior, hands-on technical sales role that requires strong communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to engage with both technical and executive audiences.

• Experience leading technical evaluations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept processes
• Coding or scripting experience in languages such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, Bash, or similar
• Ability to speak credibly with engineers, DevOps, SRE, platform, and security teams
• Solid understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, alerting, and infrastructure monitoring
• Confidence engaging executives and translating technical value into business impact
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering
• OpenTelemetry
• AWS, Azure, or GCP
