Vice President of Legal

As the Vice President of Legal, you will lead the global legal function and compliance strategy, serving as a critical business partner to the executive team. You will oversee all legal matters across Coralogix's global entities and international operations, ensuring ongoing compliance and providing strategic legal and business guidance. • Lead and develop the global legal team, overseeing the full spectrum of legal matters across the company's global entities and international operations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing forward-looking legal and business guidance in a fast-paced, high-growth global SaaS environment.
• Ensure ongoing compliance across the company’s global footprint, including corporate, regulatory, privacy, employment, and governance requirements.
• Proven experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing legal teams
• Experience in a company operating at a meaningful scale, including enterprise go-to-market complexity; experience in a $100M+ ARR environment is preferred
• Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS, infrastructure, data, observability, or cybersecurity landscape is a strong advantage
• Significant experience negotiating complex enterprise commercial agreements, preferably with large global or strategic customers
• Strong experience supporting commercial, corporate, employment, compliance, privacy, and governance matters in multinational organizations
• Experience managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions and working effectively with external counsel where local expertise is required
• Strong experience partnering with executive leadership and advising Boards of Directors and Board Committees
• 10+ years of legal experience, including substantial experience in a senior in-house leadership role such as VP Legal, General Counsel, or Legal Director within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate complex legal and business matters clearly to executives, board members, and cross-functional stakeholders
• LL.B. or LL.M. from a strong institution; additional qualifications or bar admissions are an advantage
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company environment and supporting teams that operate at scale
