Income Auditor (Live Nation New England)

• Oversee critical accounting functions for various locations, including auditing shows and maintaining communication with the Talent Department.
• Facilitate band payments and manage all related paperwork, including wires, checks, and tax withholding.
• Assist with the month-end close process, including preparing show flashes and booking show journal entries.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Ability to work 8+ hours daily, Monday – Friday during normal business hours. Normal business hours in this case are 10am – 6pm. You may be required to work late, or on a weekend and/or holiday during month end close. Month end close consists of the last day of the month through the first week of the month. Must be able to multi-task, follow up, communicate with staff/management in a positive manner, be organized and meet strict deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
