About The Role
Join Insomniac, a leading company in the dance music industry, as a Senior Graphic Designer. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director to elevate and evolve the visual identity of the brand across fashion, festivals, and culture. You will lead the creation of key design assets, provide art direction to designers and freelancers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Partner closely with the Creative Director to develop and execute design concepts across brand, campaigns, fashion, retail, and experiential activations.
- Lead the creation of key design assets, from campaign identities to lookbooks, event branding, packaging, and digital content.
- Provide art direction and guidance to designers, freelancers, and vendors, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, and E-Commerce teams.

- The ideal candidate is conceptually strong, detail-driven, and culturally fluent. And also, able to translate brand vision into design systems that connect with our audience across digital, physical, and experiential touch points
- Obsessed with craft, cultural context, and collaboration
- Proven ability to lead creative development from concept to execution
- Expert in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/3D experience a plus
- A designer with taste, intention, and range. Who is able to move fluidly between brand worlds
- Deep connection to music, culture, and fashion
- Thrive in an environment that values creativity, speed, and innovation
- Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of brand systems, typography, composition, and storytelling
- 5–7+ years of design experience in a brand, agency, or fashion/music/lifestyle environment
- Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels and drastic temperature climates while working on site at various event location
- Must be able to work in open concept office space
