About The Role

Join Live Nation, the world's leading live entertainment company, as a Touring Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project management in the organization, focusing on international touring. You will work with stakeholders and cross-divisional partners to establish clear milestones and deliverables, set timelines, and create a roadmap for delivery. You will manage administration for tours of all sizes, gather and manage calendar avails and holds, create and complete tour routings, and oversee the completion of tour files. You will also develop and maintain tour files, utilize TM1 and other systems for ticketing-related data, and ensure industry and guest ticketing requests are handled. Additionally, you will work with tour finance on reporting needs, create reports, and manage interactions with other departments. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about music and live experiences, with at least 2 years of experience in the live music business.

  • Establish clear milestones and deliverables, set timelines and a roadmap to delivery for international touring projects.
  • Manage administration for tours of all sizes, including gathering and managing calendar avails and holds, creating and completing tour routings.
  • Utilize TM1 and other systems to gather and review ticketing related data to advise on decision making, and ensure industry and guest ticketing requests are handled.

  • This candidate will enable collaboration across teams, while establishing clear accountability and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
  • This individual will be a self-starter and see projects through to completion while also supporting one of the executives
  • Passionate about music and live experiences
  • Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
  • Highly organized
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to recognize organizational and define problems, collect information, establish facts, and implement innovative solutions
  • 2+ years experience in the live music business and working with live events
  • Strong computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Concur
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and efficiently use project management software/tools
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Proactive work ethic
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and to work in an environment that is constantly changing
  • Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs
